As the mercury drops, join us at The Fullerton Hotel Sydney in the warm atmosphere of The Bar and delight in the winter edition of our Signature Afternoon Tea. Inspired by the cooler climate with rich flavours of fruits, nuts and the zest of citrus, this seasonal offering has been created to share.

Just like the changing season outside, our delectable sweet and savoury selections evoke the warm colours of fallen leaves and the pristine white of fresh snow. Enjoy a quince and walnut tart, rhubarb drop, yuzu snowball, lemon meringue macaron and a revitalizing citrus shot.

Accompany your afternoon with our savoury sensations including smoked salmon mille-feuille, truffled egg and cucumber sandwich, aged prosciutto, fig jam bagel, lemon chicken bun and pumpkin tartlets served with garden vegetables.

Warm up with a selection of TWG Teas or a barista-made coffee all for A$78 per person, or enhance your experience with a flute of Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label Brut NV champagne for A$98 per person.
