This is the truffle event you've been waiting for! Beckett's is proud to celebrate the ultimate chef and food lover's ingredient - truffles!
For the Beckett's July Clubhouse event, we have a one-off and FIRST TIME IN SYDNEY five-course Beckett's x Borrodell Truffle Dinner, prepared by chef Jeff Schroeter with truffles supplied by Orange's multi-award-winning and much-lauded Borrodell Estate. Schroeter's curated menu is designed with the sophisticated and dedicated truffle pleasure palate working with the best of the NSW's 'black diamonds'.
Borrodell Estate, four hours away from Sydney in Orange, NSW is as famous for its brilliant cold climate wines as it is for its orchard and trufferie. The Estates truffles come from the oldest truffle oak trees on the Australian mainland with a master truffle hunter, Teneka Priestly, using locally trained rescue dogs to guide in the specialised hunt.
Join us for this truly exceptional night that is created especially for the truffle aficionado and novice alike.
This is the first event in our 'Town & Country Series', which sees guest chefs and the best of regional Australia showcased at Beckett's.
Tickets include five stunning truffle courses with matched wines (non-alcoholic optional) $230 pp Clubhouse members; $250 pp for non-members and includes Jeff's signature $100 Baked Idaho Truffle Potato with Foie Gras.
