If you are gearing up to compete in HYROX and seeking the ultimate preparation, look no further. We are thrilled to announce our exclusive 8-week HYROX Prep Program, designed especially for those who are ready to conquer the challenge.

The gruelling HYROX competition is coming to Sydney this July, and we want to get you there looking and feeling your best, ready to compete! If you haven't heard of HYROX, it is the ultimate fitness challenge, designed to test participants' strength and endurance through a series of functional exercises.

Whether you're a seasoned competitor or venturing into HYROX for the first time, our program will equip you with the tools and training you need to excel.

  • Duration: 8 weeks | From Tues 28th May to Sun 21st July

  • Classes: Two exclusive classes per week | Tuesdays at 5.30PM and Sundays at 10.30AM

  • Location: One Playground Newtown

  • Price: $160

Leading the charge is Georgia Robson, a distinguished Group Trainer hailing from London. Georgia brings a wealth of experience, having competed in the solo and duo divisions of HYROX four times. Her expertise and firsthand knowledge of the competition make her the perfect guide for your HYROX journey.

Under Georgia's expert guidance, you'll embark on a comprehensive 8-week program tailored specifically for HYROX preparation. Each class will focus on honing your strength, endurance, and technique, ensuring you're primed and ready to tackle the challenges of HYROX with confidence.
