Rum lovers rejoice! It's time to become your own Master Rum Spicer. If you've ever wanted to learn how to make your very own rum, here's your opportunity in Sydney's only dedicated Rum Distillery located in the heart of Surry Hills.

The best part? Take 2 x 200ml bottles of your tailor-made Spiced Rum blends home to share with your friends and family at the end of the class.

The experience begins with a welcome drink upon arrival, followed by a brief history of Rum and Distillery Tour where you'll be able to see where exactly Brix crafts their award-winning Rums.

Then you'll move to your personalised blending station where you'll be guided by a Brix team member as you have the chance to spice your very own Rum using a variety of in-house spice and botanical infusions. Think mango, clove, nutmeg and more. During this process, you'll be able to do some Rum tasting to ensure you get your blends just right. But don't worry, there will be tasty nibbles from the Brix kitchen (think cheese boards, tacos, and sliders) on offer to make sure you keep focused!

At the end of the Rum making experience, you'll be take home 2 x 200ml blends to enjoy at home and beyond! Now you've just got to hold a party to show off your new talent in Rum spicing! You will also receive $10 gift voucher to for any Brix bottle purchases on the night.
