Heart on my sleeve: three course conversation 2023

Join us for a unique dining experience where food becomes a catalyst for deeper connections. Heart On My Sleeve, Henrietta, and Heaps Normal are hosting a one-night-only event that celebrates the power of meaningful conversation.

To kick off the evening, we'll hear from Mitch Wallis, Founder of Heart On My Sleeve (a mental health social movement and training organisation), who will share his story of struggle, the power of vulnerability and the importance of human connection. We'll then share a three-course Middle Eastern-style feast from the culinary kings and queens of Henrietta's as we dive into meaningful conversation, washing it down with a delicious non-alcoholic beer from the wonderful humans at Heaps Normal.

Each table, across each course, will be privately prompted to lean into asking and answering questions with curious kindness as we endeavour to spend the evening sharing stories and experiences that go beyond the surface of a traditional conversation. This is an opportunity to fully unplug from the routine busyness of your schedule, or the repetitive exchange of pleasantries and reconnect with intention.
