Respectful Workplaces Lunch and Learn 2022

Gender-based violence is a common and serious problem in Australia. Alarmingly, 1 in 3 people has experienced sexual harassment at work in the last 5 years.

We all play a part in creating respectful workplaces, where every employee feels safe and respected. As part of the 16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence from 25 November to 10 December 2022 the City with Full Stop Australia is hosting a lunch and learn on Respectful Workplaces: prevention and response to workplace sexual harassment.

By attending you will: gain a deeper understanding of sexual harassment in Australia and its impacts; learn to identify jokes, derogatory language and behaviours which normalise sexual harassment; learn safe and practical intervention methods.
