Whether you are taking advantage of good market prices, making the most of your garden glut or want to practice sustainable gifting this workshop will get you pickling for life.

Cornersmith owner Alex Elliott-Howrey will start by teaching you all about vinegar and how it works its pickling magic, plus learn how to match your produce to the right vinegar. Alex will discuss seasonality, how to interchange vegetables and fruits when pickling, different pickling techniques and lots of ideas on how to enjoy your pickles. You'll leave confident to be able to pickle anything.
