In Head On Foundation's upcoming Spotlight session, Louisa Kirby, photo editor for the Sydney Morning Herald, will teach you how to edit your photos with the instincts of a pro.

As a leading industry professional with an unparalleled eye for editing and many years' experience, Louisa will give valuable industry insights, such as creating a coherent story in your photographic imagery, nurturing a critical eye, and how to effectively organize visual content.

She will even divulge some practical industry advice on 'how to pitch your work to a photo editor.'

About Louisa Kirby

Louisa Kirby has extensive experience as a photo editor and visual researcher working with several clients including Harper's Bazaar Arabia, Who Magazine, Bauer Media Group. She is currently working as a visual researcher for the Sydney Morning Herald and has worked with Head On Foundation as a Photo Award judge, selector and has provided portfolio reviews.
