Create a more positive, calmer you and increase your sense of gratitude and happiness with wellbeing journaling.
Over this one and a half-hour session held online, we will explore the benefits of journaling, how to relax and start journaling.
We will learn different art journaling techniques, go over writing prompts and how to create a life-changing new habit that will assist you in all aspects of your life.
In this session we will discuss:

Getting started and what you need
Habits and routine
Gratitude and beliefs
How to control the inner critic
Dreams, goals and little victories
Mindful journaling
This session will be recorded so if you can't make it you can register for the session to watch back at a later date.
You'll also receive some writing prompts designed to get you started or assist you to delve deeper into your journaling discovery journey, plus gain access to our Journaling accountability Facebook group (where you'll have a chance to build your routine, ask questions and check in with Chrissy and other participants).
