Introduction to Bike Maintenance at Prince Alfred Park 2022

During the 2-hour session you'll learn basic maintenance tips to keep your bike rolling smoothly.

You'll learn how to safety check your bike, how to clean and lubricate your chain, how to fix a flat tyre and much more.

Participants must bring their own bike, plus a clean rag. If you have a bike tool kit, bring it along!

These sessions are held outdoors, so make sure you bring water and sun protection.

The session will take place even in rainy weather, however extreme weather conditions may require cancellation.

The sessions is designed for people over 16 years old. We can also accommodate children over 12 with guardian supervision.

Due to the timeframe, it's not possible to offer more advanced maintenance tips. Your instructor will be able to provide information about where can find more advanced courses.
