Trail Tutorials: DIY your wardrobe with DIY Daisy 2021

As part of Australia's festival of pre-loved stuff this November, Garage Sale Trail and the City of Sydney present the Trail Tutorials, one big weekend of online masterclasses dedicated to fashion, flipping and fixing the planet.

Hosted on Zoom, the 40-minute DIY your wardrobe with DIY Daisy session will have you stitching up a dream with tips on how to repurpose fabric scraps and turn old clothes new again. You can even craft-along as Daisy shows us how to create cute as a button bunting using secondhand fabrics.

Daisy Braid is a sewing blogger and maker from the Gold Coast who shares free sewing patterns and tutorials on her blog to encourage and inspire makers of all levels to DIY their dream wardrobe. Daisy started her sewing journey as a teenager upcycling op shop finds and fabric remnants. Follow Daisy @_diydaisy
