  • Smoked NZ lamb rump

  • Eggplant caviar, pencil leeks, pickled enoki mushroom, zaatar spice, sticky jus

Dessert - Finish Line

  • Warm hazelnut chocolate pudding

  • Summer berries, baileys infused cream
